Born in São Paulo (Brazil) and currently based in New York City, Grammy nominated guitarist Chico Pinheiro is been recording and touring extensively with the Chico Pinheiro Quartet as well as collaborating with artists such as Herbie Hancock, Placido Domingo, Kurt Elling, Danilo Perez, Brad Mehldau, Dianne Reeves, Bob Mintzer, Rosa Passos, João Donato, Edu Lobo, just to name a few.
